So let me explain: I accepted offers and counteroffers, 5 to be exact, and I go into orders to send a combined invoice to the buyer, then

I realize that 2 items are missing out of the 5? I see these 2 items awaiting payment when I click on my active sales while looking at the offer! but I still see them for sale, which is very strange.

The 2 counteroffers that I accepted and that don't appear, I find them in my emails but not in my Ebay messages.

If you could help me understand and solve this problem, that would be very kind.
