hello
I sold an item to a buyer. he paid, but the item is still with me. I just received a new, higher offer
from a new buyer.
I'm hesitating whether to cancel the first sale and sell it to the new buyer.

In the event of cancellation, you’ll still have the commission to pay on the first sale. So the new amount has to be worth it.
