PROMOTIONAL OFFER January 8, 2025 DOES NOT WORK

Good evening, like many eBayers, I received several emails about fee-free listings until January 8. I activated the promotion and there you go, one sale made and €34 in final value fees...
I contacted customer service, who replied:
"After reviewing your account, I found that the 100% commission fee promotion was not sent to you. Indeed, it is a targeted promotion granted to a limited group of sellers."
They don't even know who they're sending the promotions to!!!!!
I offered to forward them the emails that had been sent to me... no response... it's disheartening...

Nous sommes donc nombreux et Ebay ne fait rien!! Je suis vraiment déçu, je suis sur ebay depuis 23 ans. Voilà comment sont traités les utilisateurs!!
J'avais déjà eu une mauvaise expérience il y a un peu plus d'un an et avais décidé d'arrêter de vendre sur ce site. Après tout ce temps, je me suis dit que les choses s'étaient probablement améliorées depuis mais en fait pas du tout, cela s'est visiblement encore dégradé...
En tous cas, si je n'arrive pas à obtenir mon dû, je pense arrêter définitivement ebay...je ne conseillerai pas ce site à mes proches et amis...
