seller offer isn't working

How do I accept an offer from a French seller ??? he offers 10% off but if I click buy now it goes back to the starting price

Any offer must be notified to you by ebay... and must follow a process so that it is recorded by the site..

It seems that this is not the case...

Could this be a little behind-the-scenes arrangement between you by private email...?

Ask your seller to do what’s necessary in this regard...

no, it's the seller who is sending me to you, the offer is indeed notified by eBay, but nothing changes if I click to buy, the 10% doesn't apply
