I validated an article not written in French, EBAY FRANCAIS and search on France only, to explain the errors more,
during validation, I see modified, I translate my order into French, and there I see inverter modified, well ok, I do searches and comparisons , product unavailable in France, first, same used price as new with a 1-year warranty instead of 2 years new, ok, and still the word modified in search, and then I say to myself it doesn't support certain devices, see low voltage even though the device bought is high voltage 5000wtt, I ask in detail what the inverter can or can't do and if it supports the electric heater,
, and the trouble begins, no response in "DAYS", I ask for cancellation , no response either 5 days , cancellation refused, parcel received impossible to appeal to the bank, ebay does not react except to wait, now I am blocked from claiming a return label because of a block at the bank,
ebay does nothing for buyer protection, !!!! BUY **bleep** AND KEEP YOUR **bleep** !!
