Fraudulent Operations

I wanted to report fraudulent transactions on Ebay by malicious sellers.
I bought a product on Ebay for 24.84 EUR in February last year from a seller in the Country of purchase: Luxembourg, Grand Duchy
I see that there is a purchase from Ebay dated March 4, 2026 from the Country of purchase: Luxembourg, Grand Duchy for 59.99 EUR.
However, no purchase was made on Ebay on that date.
Since the charge went through, it was renewed a few hours later for an amount of 45 EUR .
That is a total amount of 104.99 EUR from the Country of purchase: Luxembourg, Grand Duchy, although there were no purchases on Ebay.
These are fraudulent transactions on Ebay
