left headlight lens Clio 1 Phase 3
Hello, I ordered a left headlight assembly for a CLIO 1 phase 3 on eBay on 29/09/2025. I was charged on 30/09/2025 the amount of €75. I was supposed to receive the parcel on October 1 or 2. I have not received any acknowledgment of my request or parcel tracking??? how can I file a claim or get a refund? thank you for your reply.
