opening pro shop
Hello everyone,
I'd like to know if, by opening a professional shop, the ratings I got as a private seller will still be visible on my professional profile.
I really want to keep my 100% positive feedback.

Converting a personal account to a business account is possible, and it does not make already received feedback disappear.

But is that really your question, since you're talking about a store? because the basic store is also available for individuals (and of course they also keep the feedback received on the eBay account), it is the other stores that are only accessible to business accounts.

That said, you mention your 100% positive feedback, sure, but you only have 2 pieces of feedback received as a seller; all the others are as a buyer, and since buyers can only receive positive feedback they are all, without exception, at 100%, so that is not an argument to highlight when selling...
