If you do a search for "payment impossible" or "purchases impossible" in the forum search bar, you’ll see that several buyers came because they were blocked by a bug or some other unresolved issue, and are also likely risking a problem for non-payment..... (while knowing they are not the only ones in this situation...)
You need to bombard Customer Service with your complaints so they react a bit more promptly because...
- not only is it annoying for buyers,
- but it impacts sellers’ business, which is unacceptable.
