Warning: he is trying to direct you to a transaction outside of ebay.
Indeed, as a seller you don't have control over the payment method, the buyer is limited to those offered by ebay on the listing: it's up to them to choose the one that suits them best (since the buyer pays ebay, after which the site sends the money to sellers only by bank transfer).
