Payment
Hello,
Today, eBay informed me that a payment of €80 had been made to my bank account. However, I can see that my account balance hasn’t changed and I still don’t see the transfer appearing in my transactions.
Could you confirm whether the transfer is indeed being processed and let me know how long it should take to appear in my account?

It clearly states: "Once the payout is requested, it shows up as Funds sent in the Payments tab of My eBay and Seller Hub. It may take your bank up to two business days to process your payout."
If that's not the case, contact customer service directly. They are the only ones with access to your account and who can see any possible issue (You have a contact link at the bottom of the help page).
