Hello. Following a purchase, I received an invoice for an amount of 112,95 USD. When I pay (with PayPal) the amount to pay that is displayed is 135,54 USD. Any reason for this difference?

Thanks for the clarification. But the seller is registered as a private seller. I've never had to pay VAT before. Who stepped in during the finalization of the purchase to add 20%?
