That's completely normal and the same for everyone when you go to the ebay.pl site... (there is no automatic translation on the site itself, but see if your browser can do it...)
For payment, use a tool like paypal.. the conversion will be done automatically, and above all ask the seller if they ship to France...
If they don't, ask them if they would accept, if so... indicate to put your username on this list---> https://www.ebay.pl/bmgt/ExemptBuyers?
