hello
the customer wants to pay for their purchase next month
what should I do. cancel the order or wait 1 month (maybe a scam) he sent me a message saying he no longer has any money in his account and that he is depressed and that I should wait 1 month

It's not possible to wait 1 month given eBay's T&Cs (oddly, that's the timeframe after which you'll be irreversibly liable for eBay fees, even if no payment is made, not to mention the defect for late delivery).
This buyer should have thought before bidding...
So, in 4 days, you cancel the transaction for non-payment (so that the eBay commission fees are canceled):
