Payment of import VAT.
Hello
I received my order placed in the United States and unfortunately I had to pay VAT again on import because the customs officers couldn't see that I'd already paid it!
How can I get reimbursed through eBay? (Could there be a link?)

to get the VAT refunded by eBay, see this link (the part "Request a VAT refund") :

The carrier has no doubt charged you "administrative fees" in addition to import VAT. So it may be more worthwhile for you to get a refund from the carrier, since eBay will only reimburse the import VAT.
