Payment of shipping fees impossible.
Hello. I sold an item in Argentina. The buyer paid, but when I want to edit and pay the shipping costs, it’s impossible.
I click on Paypal and it keeps spinning without completing. Same thing with the card payment option. It’s impossible for me to send the order to the buyer.
I’ve tried at different times of the day and have been doing so for 2 days now. How can I solve the problem? I should mention that I’m not getting any error message.

It is clearly a bug because it has already been reported on the forum. Contact customer service to let them know about the issue.
You say: "It's impossible for me to send the order to the buyer."
Since you are under no obligation to go through Packlink, send it directly with the carrier of your choice.
Just be sure to add the tracking number manually.
