in your case, that's not normal. You should receive your payments within 2/3 days at most (depending on your bank).
Contact eBay to sort things out with them.

OP1 year agotold me it was my bank (la banque postale) that was blocking my funds
, but I'll call them again, I'll surely get another person to speak to.

to try to understand exactly where the problem is coming from, go to the "Payments" tab, then "Payouts".
If you make a sale on day J, but eBay tells you it made the payout for that sale at J + 30, then the problem is with eBay.
If eBay tells you it made the payout at J + 2, but it is credited to your bank account at J + 30, then the problem is with your bank.
