Hello, thank you first of all for your reply. I am getting a message saying that I cannot pay via the eBay site, so the site is offering me to pay another way, by PayPal or another payment method. what exactly is the problem? Do you have an error message and if so, which one?
Just in case, have you tried with another browser and/or after clearing your browser history (cache and cookies)?

there isn't a phone number to reach customer service. They are the ones who contact you back.
