eBay payment to a non-existent account

Good evening, I received a payment via eBay into the online bank account aumax and I forgot to change the account, and this bank no longer exists. What should I do?
I'm surprised eBay was able to make a transfer without there being a problem!

I'm sorry to read that you're having a bad experience with eBay.

When a payment is made to a bank account that is closed, it is sent back to eBay.

I can confirm the response from @lingma85 , contact customer service and we can resend the payment to a new account.

To do this, go to the bottom of our help page and click on => Contact us.

Choose the option that suits you best and an agent will call you.

this bank has been closed since the end of January 2023... and I think you need to contact eBay to find out whether they can recover the amount paid and make a transfer to your new account...---> eBay customer service

contact them during office hours and ask to be called back.
