Payment made but canceled even though the money disappeared
Summary: maxime_pokemon is having issues with a Revolut payment that was declined even though the money disappeared from his account, without the seller being paid. koalagris suggests contacting Revolut again to resolve the problem.
I really need help: I made a purchase with my usual card ( Revolut ) but this time, I paid for the order and the payment was declined (the price is shown as a crossed-out transaction on my Revolut account). However, the seller was not paid but I haven't found the money back in my account: it vanished even though I didn't pay anything.
If someone has already encountered this problem or if they can help me, that would be really kind.
