Payment not received following the sale of two items since the EBA condition change on September 1, 2026
Summary: lorangel86-2013 expressed concerns about receiving payments late after selling two items on eBay, following the changes to the terms on September 1, 2026. They mention setting up their preferred payment method and receiving confirmation, but still haven’t received the funds. francexpressdeal explained that users now have to trigger payouts themselves, but lorangel86-2013 is looking for more information on the exact procedure to follow.
Hello,
I sold two items on EBAY, and with the change and the conditions since September 1, 2026, I no longer receive the money directly into my account. I set my preferred payment method to receive my payouts, and I got a confirmation message after doing this.
So for me, no problem... I thought that after a few days I would have the amount in my account, but I still haven’t received anything to this day. In fact, it’s as if, apparently, I hadn’t done anything... which is really not normal... I’m not at all interested in EBAY keeping the money for a year in order to make other purchases; if I want to buy something, I’ll pay as before!
On the other hand, if that’s how it is, I won’t put anything up for sale anymore...
If anyone has a solution to this problem, you’re welcome. Thanks for the feedback.

registered as an individual seller, it's up to you to trigger the payouts from now on:

OP1 month agoGood evening,
Yes, I know, I set my preferred payment method to receive my payouts. Where do you have to go then to trigger the payouts, other than the payment section. I couldn't enter my amount anywhere. Honestly, I don't understand.

it is stated in the previously sent link: "Once your funds appear as available for payout in the Payments tab of My eBay or the Seller Hub, you can withdraw them to your linked bank account by entering the amount and selecting Withdraw."
So I don't understand when you say: "Where should you go then to trigger the payouts, outside the payments section."
It is from the payments tab that you can make your payout request.
