I'm very happy to have a buyer but Packlink refuses my payment for MondialRelay shipping, either with Paypal or with my credit card, even though the transaction is accepted by my bank! : "there is a problem with your payment. please try again."
I replied to the info email from Ebay, it wasn't bounced, but I still haven't got a reply either!
I've gone through all the FAQs, nothing concerns this form
the Packlink FAQ asks me for the number ...Packlink! Kafkaesque!
can someone help me? maybe I didn't fill in one box correctly?

Link your eBay account with Mondial Relay here---> Send your eBay orders with ease - Mondial Relay and forget Packlink, which sometimes feels like a real mess...
Don't go through intermediaries who create trouble; go directly to the carrier, whether it's M.Relay, La Poste or another one..
