I’m interested in buying a McIntosh MC462 amp for €8400.
I wanted to see the product in person, but the seller says he can’t meet me, and asks me to pay via PayPal before delivery.
He says that if I’m not satisfied, I have 45 days to get a refund!
Can you confirm whether what he’s saying is true?

As for the rest, either this seller knows nothing about eBay and PayPal T&Cs, or he's pretending...
In short: nothing encouraging for such a large amount!
But above all, don't make a direct payment to the seller (that is, off-site):
