PayPal’s 4-time payment works as follows--->
- the seller will be credited with the full amount of the purchase...
However, it will be you who pays PayPal back in 4 installments by direct debit from your card or bank account through PayPal... (and not PayPal paying the seller in 4 installments)...
In short, PayPal gives you a loan that has to be repaid.
