Blocked Payments and ''Seller Hub'' or ''My eBay''

Hello,
Orders are delivered but are still marked as awaiting delivery and the funds are blocked.

Is it possible to go back to PayPal payment as before?

Also, I don't understand the terms ''seller hub'' and ''My Ebay''. (the messages are in English).

I have been on eBay occasionally for over 10 years and it seems more and more complicated to me, maybe that's why there are fewer people?
