Hello,

I decided to sell on eBay, and I made my first sale 3 days ago.

eBay tells me that the payment is blocked until the buyer acknowledges receipt of the order, or until January 14, but no later.

I don't dispute that, but the problem is that they keep sending me emails telling me to verify my identity and payment information.

I've now resent my ID to them twice, and re-entered my IBAN...

I don't know what to do, and if it's not resolved by the 30th they will apply "restrictions" to my account.

I just want one thing: for this problem to be resolved, and for me to be able to receive my transfers, so if someone can help me, that would be very nice.
