EBAY pending payments
Summary: car-n-bike explains that they have been blocked by eBay for six months because of documentation requests for parts that have already been sold. They are being charged for a site that is unusable. lingma85 suggests contacting FEVAD to resolve the problem. car-n-bike thanks them for the suggestion.
We have been blocked by eBay for restrictions for 6 months now, even though the goods have been sold. eBay is asking us for photos of the (sold) parts, invoices for parts that come from scrap vehicles because we are an ELV center. It's impossible to make them understand, we're going around in circles. On the other hand, eBay keeps charging us the subscription for an unusable site with more than €400 owed!!!
Is there any way to get a serious person who can solve our problem? Should we close our site?
