Payment authorized via PayPal, debited, but no order on my account
Hello, I was charged on PayPal for an order I placed, but it was a mistake and I wanted to cancel it, but it doesn't appear anywhere on my account. I contacted the seller, and he assured me that he had no order for the product I ordered, what should I do?

Did you perhaps place an order without being logged into your eBay account, in which case it may not appear there.
You should check the emails in your inbox, or even your spam folder, to see whether you can find an order confirmation for that famous order that the seller can't find with your current username... Take a look here---- > Buy without registering | eBay

OP2 years agoI actually logged into my account during the purchase, even though I wasn’t logged in one way or another, the only email address I could give was the one for that account, and I have no purchase confirmation, on that email, nor in any of my mailboxes, nor in my spam.

check your purchase history and uncheck the cross if the item is hidden .
Did you receive an e-mail from Paypal confirming the purchase ?

OP2 years agoI haven't received anything from PayPal, no. I also don't have anything in "my hidden items".
