Hello, I would like to report a dishonest German company (I have 4 pages of contact with this company with no response) - I ordered for my son a pair of front/rear wheels for an Aprilia RS 1998 for a total of €1,015 including shipping. The listing was false, so my son received wheel rims that did not match the listing. I informed the company and was asked to send back both parcels, looking for the cheapest carrier. I chose UPS, and the company immediately reimbursed the return shipping costs to my Paypal account. The two parcels were delivered on December 21, 2023. EBay did not help me since I did not know that I had to contact them, I contacted Paypal who also did nothing to help me (I have UPS proof that both parcels were indeed received by Motorize) - I filed a complaint with the German Embassy in Paris, which acknowledged my claim and also gave me other addresses to get things moving. So I am also going to hire a lawyer and ask for a refund as well as penalties for the days and months of waiting. I am surprised that a company, for €1,015, would rather be held up to scrutiny and lose credibility with all bikers (my son and my daughter-in-law are part of a biker club that travels throughout Europe during their holidays and will not be giving them any publicity) - I would have understood if I had been told that there had been a failure on the part of the professionals working in this company and that the refund was delayed, but here there is no news.
