Hello, I made a purchase on April 12 from an eBayer living in Manchester: Here’s the mind-boggling journey since April 12, namely that it didn’t move from April 12 to April 17? Shipping by Pitney Bowes from the UK is a real disaster, expensive and therefore scandalous given the result, faster from the USA, go figure, but eBay keeps at it and the sellers (private individuals) don’t want to use Royal Mail if you ask them. Apr. 12 9:20 Tracking details uploaded After arriving in London after 6 days, it was sent on to Amsterdam (container????) for France — when will the sailing ships and the horse-drawn diligence make a comeback, at least then we’d have some good manure for the rose bushes. Unbelievable!!! There are ferries to France, not to mention the tunnel through which the parcels sent by Colissimo from France to the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland) pass through When I send a parcel to the United Kingdom from France and vice versa, even with customs, the parcel takes less than a week, and I’ve been doing this for 10 years! So from Amsterdam it’s going to be transported by truck to France, absurd, much more profitable for Pitney Bowes???? So my advice is: avoid buying if you’re in a hurry and if you have to go through Pitney Bowes as the carrier, you’ll pay a lot for poor service. Sadly, I’m not the only one complaining about this carrier, but eBay keeps stubbornly at it :((( Have a good weekend
