Slipstreamer replacement windshield

Hello, I placed an order on eBay but didn’t receive the confirmation email, so I have doubts about whether my payment was approved. I don’t know who can help me; without my order number, it’s complicated.
I sent my email address to the help service, which is supposed to retrieve the order placed using my email address, but I haven’t heard back.

Was it charged to your account or not?

If yes, submit a callback request to customer service (7 days a week, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.), with the references shown on the bank debit:
