Hello,
The buyer wants to do an in-person handoff. He has made the payment on the Ebay site. If I issue a refund to get a cash payment, will I have cancellation fees or not?
Indeed, I would have liked not to have to pay any fees for an in-person handoff.

You’ll get a credit for the fees on the cancelled order if you cancel at the buyer’s request:
