I sold a perfume and sent it by Mondial Relay, it was properly dropped off at the relay indicated, but the buyer isn't picking up the parcel and I've sent 2 messages with no reply. Can't find this person's mobile phone number on the site OR how? Thank you very much

Calling them wouldn't, besides, obligate them to go pick up their package.
An uncollected package is returned to the sender, and the buyer then loses the benefit of eBay's customer guarantee.
So you can't do anything more...
