I need to return an item but it’s impossible to receive the seller’s prepaid label, which they’re unable to send: they don’t know how to do it and they accepted the return: how do I do this? Do you know eBay’s phone number (not the record) so I can ask them whether they themselves can’t send me the return slip, since they’re aware of it and gave me until May 23 to return the item.
