No news from the buyer after selecting "Pickup"
Hello,
The buyer has chosen the delivery method: hand delivery (free).
Often buyers make a mistake because it is displayed as: free delivery: pickup.
Despite my follow-ups, no response from the buyer.
I do not want to cancel the order because I do not want to pay fees for which I am not responsible.
Do you have a backup solution?Thanks

Mentor1 year agoLe mieux est de voir avec le service client car en matière de remp rien n'est vraiment prévu en matière de délai ou d'annulation...
