No news from the seller about collecting the purchased item

Hello, could you tell me if it's normal to have received no news from the seller even though I was charged on my account for the item's price and I sent them a message 2 days ago to find out when and where I could pick up my purchased item?

Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
The problem is that this is not a delivery but an in-person handoff with a pickup code to give to the seller on the day of pickup.
So I don't have a parcel tracking number. I need to contact the seller so they can tell me how to come pick up the item I bought, which I did, but I haven't heard back from them since my order on Saturday, November 30 and my payment was charged on December 2.
No one is replying, so I'm stuck.

If the seller doesn’t show up for pickup (did he change his mind?) ,you’ll have to open a dispute for item not received as soon as the estimated delivery date has passed ..
