It’s not a refund you should have requested.. but an order cancellation ( which would have given the same end result but + appropriate in the action to take... )
At the moment, you have opened a dispute... but you won’t be able to open another one... (only 1 possible per transaction)
Be patient..
- wait until the expected delivery date has passed before alerting Customer Service here--->
eBay customer service preferably during office hours and ask to be called back.
