Bonjour I bought on 21/09/2024 an armchair for a sum of €2200. The purchase was validated and the price was paid to EBay, as my bank shows. The seller has provided no order tracking and is not replying to my messages. Should I cancel my order? In addition, I had to block my bank card because of a problem. How do I give EBay the details of my new card to be refunded? ( the amount is significant!). Why has EBay not contacted the seller to ask why there was no shipping record. Thank you for any answers.
