No response from the seller even though my purchase seems not to have been shipped
Summary: piestey91 expressed concerns about a chair purchase on eBay for €2,200. You have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to report an item not received .
Your purchase is less than a week old ,so start by contacting the seller for information about the delivery.

for your bank card,there's no need to update the details for a possible refund .
Your bank still has the old card's details in memory for a while.

"How do I give EBay the details of my new card so I can be refunded?" = logically, the opposition does not prevent the refund, have your bank confirm this point.
"Why didn’t EBay contact the seller to ask why there was no shipping record" = because it’s up to the buyer to open a dispute in the event of a non-received item, once the delivery deadline has passed.
