NO REFUNDS AFTER THE 5 BUSINESS DAY PERIOD

I ordered an item that I returned because it didn't match what I had asked for. So I asked for a refund. The seller confirmed that he had issued the refund, with photos to back it up. Nothing on the account even though the 5 business days have passed.
I contact EBAY Customer Service and I end up with an AI that of course doesn't answer my request at all, basically tells me: sort yourself out, uses tu with me, and then leaves the chat. It's UNACCEPTABLE. If I get no response, I will take this much further

A refund will take the same route in reverse as the payment...
However... the length of time can be longer than what you say...
it can take up to 30 days-------->
The refund is made to your original payment method and the funds are generally available within 3 to 5 business days. If your refund is made to a credit card, depending on the card issuer, it may take up to 30 days for it to appear on your statement.
