89169 here is the tracking number, the person told me that she had received the parcel, that she had sent the payment. why haven't I still received the payment.

You seem to be an "occasional" seller... and eBay holds the funds for 15 days to 3 weeks... but first they have to recognize you as a seller...
Have you done what’s needed...??
See how to update all the necessary info to cash out the funds--------->

You can also contact Customer Service to see with them whether you’re up to date or not, and possibly what’s going on....--->

Contact them during business hours if possible and ask to be called back.

Mentor1 month agoSince you haven’t sold anything recently, you’re considered a new seller and therefore have a waiting period for payments
