Did not receive the ordered item
I bought an item 4 months ago, it came from the US and I live in France, my address is correct except that on the tracking it says wrong address and since then no news, the tracking indicates that the item has to be returned to the seller except that there’s nothing from their side and nothing from mine. 4 months is a long time to receive an item and I can’t request a refund or report it.

Mentor5 months agoWaiting 4 months is a very bad idea since the dispute window is 30 days from the estimated delivery date...
= no more recourse on ebay from now on
Check with your payment provider to see if any action is possible, and above all in the future avoid waiting so long before contacting the site and/or the forum.
