Hello, I contacted a seller on whose 2 items (2 patches) I placed bids so that he would make the invoice to reduce shipping costs.
Only he is not replying to me, and the shipping costs are doubled, what should I do because I can't reach Ebay by phone.
Can you help me please ?

Hello,

Combining shipping costs is not mandatory; if nothing is mentioned in the listing about it, you should ask the seller before buying.

You don't say when this was, but if the seller doesn't apply combined shipping you'll have to pay both shipping charges (eBay won't be able to do anything about it; it's not their responsibility)...
