Problem with parcel shipping slip
Hello,
It's been two items now that I send an item and the shipping label that is created automatically is for Colissimo even though in the sale of the item I specified Mondial Relais.
Did I forget something?
How can I make sure this doesn't happen again?

Nothing obliges you to pay postage via ebay.
"How can I make sure this doesn’t happen again?" = buy your shipping labels directly on the Mondial Relay website, by importing your ebay orders there (partnership), you’ll benefit from the same rates
