Issue with the status of a sale

Discussion interactions are currently paused.

Hello,

Since today, a sale with the status « Payment pending » does show up in Manage offers, but it doesn't appear in « My sales > Orders », neither in the app nor on the website.

Has anyone already run into this problem? How did you resolve it?

probably another bug...

The best thing to do is to report it directly to customer service.
