PC gamer
Summary: banshee_superior sold a PC on eBay and is facing a dilemma after a buyer requested a refund for a "purchase made by mistake." He is afraid of being charged unfairly if he accepts the request. koalagris says there are no commission fees on a transaction canceled at the buyer's request and suggests contacting customer service to clarify the sponsorship fee issue. banshee_superior was charged €31 and does not know how to cover the full refund because of the fees already deducted from his eBay account.
How can I accept a buyer’s refund request without paying fees?

There are no commission fees on a transaction canceled at the buyer's request:

OP1 year agoThe problem is that 31€ was taken from me (selling fees + the ad
sponsorship fees), so I have to refund the full amount of the
order (260€) but I only have 229€ in my eBay account because of these
fees. I don't know how I should act in this situation or
how to do it...
Kind regards
Have a nice evening
