Good evening,
I just received the item that was refunded to me by eBay insurance, how do I go about refunding the item that I finally received, thank you.

Contact your seller again and see with them how to pay them directly (because the new payment will not be able to go through eBay).

P.S.: it wasn't "eBay insurance" that refunded you; the site took the funds back from the seller's account, so you owe them...
