I placed an order but it hasn’t arrived
I apparently have several eBay accounts, impossible to understand the problem
I’m trying to find out where my item is because I haven’t received it in 15 days.. I’d like to contact someone at eBay to help me

It’s definitely not with this account, since it dates from today...
Take the purchase confirmation email and have customer service call you back, with the transaction no. :
