malicious scammer
I bought a BRAND NEW AND SEALED item, but I noticed that the listing photos were not the person’s. The thief denied it and then deleted her account the next day.
My question is: will I be refunded?

Preferably contact them during office hours and ask to be called back...
- you will have the opportunity to speak directly with an eBay employee and see how to sort out and regularize this problem.
