Person who doesn't go get the object
I have a buyer who is abroad but gave a French address
I shipped via Mondial Relay, it's 6 minutes from his place, the closest one, and now he says he can't go pick it up. We agreed that if you give an address, you're able to go pick up the package, right? What can I do? Will he be refunded and will my item be sent back to me? Because I did everything I was supposed to and paid the shipping costs!

Was it clearly stated in your listing that it was a pickup point delivery, and not to home delivery?
(I don’t get that impression when I read your listings: "other shipping method", nothing indicates mondial relay even though this carrier option exists on ebay...)
The best thing is to contact customer service, given the somewhat convoluted situation.
