Hello. After a group purchase in Germany, the seller sent the items with delivery to my home. The carrier HERMES DE took charge of the parcel in Germany and once it crossed the border, another carrier took charge of it to deliver it to me. The problem is that I received nothing. Where did the parcel go, but also WHO TOOK CHARGE OF IT?? It is neither the post office nor Mondial Relay. It is impossible to get any information from EBAY about the delivery person. I am told it was delivered on Saturday at 10:55 a.m., but where? Since the mailbox is on my property, I installed a camera several months ago. No one came between Friday and Sunday. My parcel must have been delivered elsewhere, but in any case not to my house or in the neighborhood. How can I contact the delivery person who must have made a mistake??
